Refund Policy

Merchandise must be returned within 15 days.
Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
Items must be in their original form (NOT worn, altered, or washed).
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the items show any signs of wear or alterations.
If you believe an item is defective please email info@ergoclothing.com before sending the item back.
We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
All Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
