Where is the money going?
We have formed a partnership with Waves for Water, http://www.wavesforwater.org/. In addition, The ERGO Main Headquarters in Lakewood, NJ will be a distribution center for donations they receive from large corporations and industry brands. 100% of the proceeds will go to Waves for Water. Stay connected to our Facebook page for further announcements.
How much is actually being donated?
We are shooting to donate $15 per shirt. This is based on sourcing, production, logistics and packing supplies. Be assured our team is working hard to negotiate our bottom line with vendors to maximize our overall contribution for Hurricane Sandy relief. We will be making several donation announcements and will post all news and photos to: www.facebook.com/restoretheshoreprojects and www.facebook.com/ergoclothing
Will you ship internationally or FPO?
At the moment we are working on the logistics to provide international shipping. We will post on our Facebook page, www.facebook.com/restoretheshoreprojects once we are able to.
I want to order a large number of shirts. How do I go about it?
If you will be placing an order containing 35 or more items, please contact restoretheshoreprojects@ergoclothing.com prior to ordering. We will do our best to accommodate shipping or arrange for a local pickup.
Why are your shipping rates so high?
We ship UPS Ground. Our system is directly connected to UPS through Shopify which is based on weight and zip code with nothing added.
Will you be offering any other products like sweat pants, kids shirts, stickers, towels, water bottles, long sleeves, magnets or anything else?
We are working hard on developing more styles, sizes and products to support our cause. We will make an announcement on our Facebook page when new items are available.
How do the shirts fit?
The size is measured from armpit to armpit. The men’s “Modern Fit” tee is between a loose fit and slim fit shirt.
The shirt listed as Girls is a juniors tee. Not women's. We will be offering women’s tees soon. Check our Facebook page for release dates.
Can we check out without using PayPal?
Yes, you can pay with your credit card through http://shop.ergoclothing.com Our secure network is ran through Chase Payment Tech. ERGO and Restore The Shore take internet privacy serious and will not disclose or sell your e-mail address or private information for any reason.
When will my order ship?
There are thousands of orders in our system at the moment. The first orders will hopefully start shipping on Thursday 11/8/12. When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a UPS tracking number when it leaves our warehouse. We will give you the play by play on our Facebook page as product arrives and starts to get distributed.
What is your website?
We have secured our .org site and will have it up and running soon. We are also starting Vimeo account, Youtube, Instagram and Twitter. Stay tuned. If you are a talented web designer and would like to donate your time, please contact restoretheshore@ergoclothing.com
